To access certain portions or to use certain functions of the Web site, you must complete this Web site Account Registration ("Registration"), and be issued an account ("Your Online Account") with username and password ("Log-In"). This Registration incorporates by reference the Company's Privacy Statement and Terms of Use.

Registration Information
When you provide us with information to register, you agree that any personal information provided to us is complete and accurate. Also, you agree not to register under the name of, nor attempt to enter the Web site under the name of, another person.

Your Account
You are responsible for taking reasonable steps to maintain the confidentiality of Your Online Account and Log-In. To the fullest extent allowed by law, you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under Your Online Account and/or with Your Log-In. If you believe that another person has accessed or used Your Online Account, you agree to notify us at 1-888-460-4332 right away and cooperate with us in addressing the situation.

Termination of Any Account
We may (in our sole discretion) suspend or terminate Your Online Account without notification for any conduct that we deems harmful or unlawful or in violation of the Terms of Use or this Registration. If the Web site or any function or service thereof is terminated, Your Online Account will no longer be able to access it.

We provide online access via this Web site at no charge to you. We can choose to discontinue or change the content and function of this Web site at any time. You agree not to rely on us to continue to provide the Web site, in this form or at all.

The Web site is intended for use in the United States of America. Those who access or use the Web site from other jurisdictions do so at their own volition and are responsible for compliance with the laws of their home jurisdictions.

We reserve the right to modify or supplement these Registration Terms at any time. TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PAPERLESS BILLING

1. Introduction. You have indicated that you want to sign up for Paperless Billing. This Paperless Billing Terms and Conditions Disclosure ("Paperless Billing Disclosure") is in addition to and separate from the Terms of Use governing use of the Company Web site generally. By activating Paperless Billing, you agree to the terms set forth in this Paperless Billing Disclosure and you also confirm your agreement to the Company Web site Terms of Use.

2. Read the Disclosure Carefully. This Paperless Billing Disclosure contains important information that you are entitled to receive. Please read this Paperless Billing Disclosure carefully and print or download a copy for your files.

3. Definitions and Scope of Billing Communications to be Provided in Electronic Form. For clarity, the words "we," "us," and "our" refer to the Company with whom you have the identified Account, and the words "you" and "your" mean you, the individual(s) or entity identified on the Account. As used in this Paperless Billing Disclosure, "Account" means the account you have identified. "Billing Communication" means the following:

• All legal and regulatory disclosures and communications associated with the Account or the product or service available through the Web site for your Account.
• Monthly (or other periodic) billing or account statements for your Account or such other agreements, amendments, enrollment forms and other such Billing Communications as we may include from time to time as part of the enrollment in Paperless Billing.
• Late payment notices, transaction history, notices and other information and communications regarding your Account.
• Electronic Billing Communications" means Billing Communications in electronic form. "Paper Billing Communications" means Billing Communications in paper form. If you consent to receiving information electronically, after carefully reviewing this Paperless Billing Disclosure, you agree that we may provide you with Electronic Billing Communications and that we may discontinue sending Paper Billing Communications to you, unless and until you withdraw your consent as described below.

4. Method of Providing Electronic Billing Communications. All Electronic Billing Communications will be provided, at our sole discretion, either (i) via e-mail or (ii) by access to a Web site that we will designate in an e-mail notice. However we provide Electronic Billing Communications, to access them you must be able to download Portable Document Format ("PDF") files containing the Billing Communication.

5. Method of Withdrawing Consent for Electronic Billing Communications. You may withdraw your consent for Electronic Billing Communications at any time through one of the following methods:

• Online at ColumbiaGasPA.com - You can create or sign in to an online account to cancel your enrollment in Paperless Billing.
• By phone at 1-800-460-4332 - You can call us and we will cancel your Paperless Billing enrollment.

Please print a copy of this authorization and your acceptance of these terms and conditions and keep it for your records.
